Purchase AGREEMENT

I am familiar with and I understand the standards and laws of the community in which I live regarding sexually-oriented media. I represent that, based on my familiarity with these standards and laws of my community, by requesting and receiving any of the adult material on MC Studios Inc Internet Site I will not be violating any of these standards and/or laws. I understand that by accepting the terms of this agreement I will hold anyone related to this site and its Internet Service Provider harmless from any responsibilities related to my requesting, receiving or possessing materials contained on its site. All transactions are final and no returns are allowed. The member is responsible for having a current browser. Such as, Exlporer 4+ or Netscape 3+.
The one month credit card membership to Niagaras Latin Party will be renewed for the subscribers convenience, unless we are informed by email including the user id, password prior to the renewal date by email to cancel-ng@mcstudio.com. ccbill transactions must be cancelled using the cancel form provided. I may not give or sell my user id to anyone or my membership will be cancelled. All transactions take place in the State of New York, City of New York and I agree that all legal proceedings will take place in that location.
